Thank you for shopping with WHOCLO. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Return Period: You may return your WHOCLO purchase within 15 days of receiving  your order.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items being returned must be in their original condition.
  • Items must not be worn or used.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  •  Visit our self-service Returns Portal HERE to initiate your return

  • Fill out and include the WHOCLO return form that came in your package. This ensures that we can process your return efficiently.

  • It may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

  • Ship the item(s) being returned to the address provided on the return form.

Lost or Missing Return Label: If you have misplaced the return form or it was missing in your package, please contact our customer service at : help@whoclo.com to request a new return form. Do not send a package back without a return form, as this may result in processing delays.

Returns Portal: Visit our self-service Returns Portal HERE to initiate your return.

Return Label Fee: A return label fee of £4.00 will be deducted from your return amount. This return label will be emailed to you, ready to use, to return the item(s).
