Thank you for shopping with WHOCLO. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Return Period: You may return your WHOCLO purchase within 15 days of receiving  your order.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items being returned must be in their original condition.
• Items must not be worn or used.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

•  Visit our self-service Returns Portal HERE to initiate your return

• Fill out and include the WHOCLO return form found HERE.
  This ensures that we can process your return efficiently.

• It may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

• Ship the item(s) being returned to the address provided on the return form. You will need to cover this cost.
